Charles Ayers, Ayers Homes

Charles Ayers has worked in the construction industry since he was old enough to hold a hammer and a paintbrush, helping his father and grandfather build and renovate homes and apartments in Palm Beach County. Charles attended the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and a Master’s Degree in Building Construction.

For eight years, Charles was the General Manager at the award-winning Alaqua Lakes community in Longwood, Florida. During his tenure there, Charles was responsible for the construction and sale of over 500 high-end custom homes. Under his leadership, the company earned numerous awards including Best New Home Community and several First Place Parade of Homes winners.

Today, as the Owner of Ayers Homes, Inc., Charles Ayers is committed to providing the highest quality homes possible to the Central Florida community. Charles has been a licensed Contractor in the State of Florida since 1986.
